When browsing the website, no information about you is gathered. If you choose to sign up for e-mails it is only to make your shopping experience enjoyable; no personal information will be shared outside of 22 JEWELRY.
We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Orders shipped within Florida are subject to tax.
All content and images unless otherwise noted are property of 22 Jewelry and 22jewelry.com. Necklaces and bracelets pose a potential choking hazard for children under the age of 3.

Items are shipped from Haiti. There is a flat rate fee of $16 for the United States and $25 for the rest of the countries. As each item is handmade, as order come in, it may take 5 to 7 business days for them to be processed, packaged and ship(or sometimes less). THIS INCLUDES ITEMS SHIPPPED VIA EXPRESS. If your item is backordered you will be notified. Item(s) will only be shipped on business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). It is the buyer’s responsibility to give a correct address in order to receive the item(s). If item is already shipped with an incorrect address given, we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen item(s). Once label with address is made, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. When item is shipped, 22 Jewelry will not be responsible for stolen, damaged or lost item(s). Should tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not please notify IMMEDIATELY the SHIPPING SERVICES.
Item(s) shipped internationally will take time. Same as a buyer in the United States, it is the buyer’s responsibility to give a correct address in order to receive the item(s). If item(s) is already shipped with an incorrect address given, we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen item(s). There will be no refund to item(s) shipped to an invalid address. 22 Jewelry is NOT responsible for international custom fees, damages or stolen packages, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
There are NO returns on "special event sales" items. Please contact us within 10 days of the date which your tracking number confirmed your delivery if you have any problems with your purchase, otherwise we will consider that you satisfied and your purchase is complete. If you would like a refund, please contact us immediately before you ship the item(s) back. If you are approved for a refund (on time, unworn, in the original condition and packaging), you will be refunded for the cost of the item purchased after it is received. Shipping cost is NOT refundable and the return shipping is NOT reimbursable. No exceptions.
