22 Jewelry accepts Paypal, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Orders shipped within Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax.

SHIPPING POLICIES/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
22 Jewelry offers free shipping on orders of $250+ via DHL.
Packages are only delivered during business days from Monday- Friday. A signature is required at the time of delivery and after 3 failed attempts the packages will be returned to 22 Jewelry. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
All items are shipped from Haiti. There is a flat rate fee of $16.80 for the United States and $25 globally (outside of the US). As each item is handmade, as order comes in, it may take 5 to 7 business days from the order date to be processed, packaged and shipped (or sometimes less). This includes items shipped via express method. If your item is backordered you will be notified.
22 Jewelry is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duties, and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Should the tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not, notify the shipping services immediately.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
22 Jewelry does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including sale items and bespoke items.
22 Jewelry offers exchanges for damaged goods and size adjustments within 10 days of receiving the product. 22 Jewelry will not make any exchanges on products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
STEP 1: If you wish to exchange your product, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for the request of exchange.
STEP 2: Once your email has been received and approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team providing the instructions.
STEP 3: Please notify our customer service team upon shipment of your item and provide the tracking number. It is best to use USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL to ship your item back.
STEP 4: Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original goods unworn and in its original packaging. You will have 30 days to decide what you would like to receive in exchange.
22 Jewelry is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duty, and incorrect shipping information. 22 Jewelry does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and does not reimburse shipping costs for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
