22 Jewelry is designed to be lived in, but each piece should be handled with care to preserve its appearance and structure.
14K GOLD-FILLED BEADS
Gold-filled beads can tolerate contact with fresh water. However, repeated exposure to salt water, chlorine, chemicals, and moisture may affect the jewelry’s finish, elastic cord, clasps, charms, stones, pearls, and other components.
After exposure to water, rinse the jewelry gently with fresh water and pat it completely dry with a soft cloth.
PRODUCTS TO AVOID
Keep jewelry away from:
- Perfume
- Hairspray
- Body lotion
- Sunscreen
- Cleaning products
- Chlorine
- Harsh chemicals
Allow perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and other beauty products to dry completely before putting on your jewelry.
SHOWERING, SLEEPING, AND EXERCISING
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
Repeated stretching, moisture, pressure, perspiration, and impact may weaken or break elastic cord, chains, clasps, and other delicate components.
PUTTING ON AND REMOVING ELASTIC JEWELRY
Gently roll elastic bracelets and rings over the hand or finger.
Do not pull, overstretch, or force elastic jewelry, as this may weaken or break the cord.
NECKLACE AND CHAIN CARE
Necklace chains and clasps are delicate.
Always open the clasp before putting on or removing a necklace. Do not pull the necklace over your head or pull directly on the chain, charms, or hanging components.
Store necklaces separately and laid flat or hanging securely to help prevent tangling, bending, and breakage.
PEARLS
We use genuine pearls. Natural variations in shape, size, color, texture, and surface are expected and make each piece unique.
Pearls are delicate and should be kept away from perfume, lotions, chemicals, salt water, and excessive moisture.
TURQUOISE AND NATURAL STONES
We use genuine turquoise and other natural stones. Variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, and size are natural and are not considered defects.
Natural stones may be porous or delicate. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, and direct sunlight.
STORAGE
Store jewelry in a clean, dry place, preferably inside its original pouch or a separate jewelry compartment.
Avoid storing pieces while wet, tangled, stretched, or under heavy objects.
Following these care instructions can help extend the life of your jewelry, but normal wear, fading, stretching, tarnishing, and material changes may occur over time.
